For Graduate and Technician Apprentices, the stipend is made up of the prescribed RCF and BOAT components as specified in the notification.
RCF will also provide morning breakfast, tea and a vegetarian lunch thali through the company canteen during the training period. Medical facilities on an OPD basis at RCF Hospital are also available for the trainees themselves. However, RCF will not provide transportation or reimbursement of transportation expenses.
RCF Apprentice Selection Process
The selection will be based primarily on a merit list prepared according to the percentage criteria and applicable reservation provisions in the prescribed essential educational qualification.
Candidates shortlisted through the merit list will be called for Document Verification. Appointment as an Apprentice Trainee will take place after successful document verification and approval of the apprenticeship contract on the relevant NATS/NAPS portal.
In case candidates secure equal marks, the candidate with the higher qualification will be placed higher in the merit list. If the qualification is also the same, marks in the preceding educational qualification will be considered.
