The West Bengal Municipal Service Commission (WBMSC) has officially released Advertisement No. 16 of 2025 for the Recruitment Examination 2025 to fill vacancies under the Tarakeswar Development Authority (TDA). 1. Assistant Engineer (Civil)

2. Sub-Assistant Engineer (Civil)

    Diploma in Civil Engineering from AICTE-recognized institution

  • Age Limit:

    • Maximum: 36 years

    • Minimum: 18 years

3. Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

  • Vacancies: 01 (UR)

  • Pay Scale: Level-6 (₹22,700 – ₹58,500) as per ROPA 2019

  • Qualification:
    Madhyamik or equivalent + Certificate Course in Computer Applications

  • Age Limit:

    • Maximum: 40 years

    • Minimum: 18 years

Note: Age will be calculated based on Madhyamik certificate only.

Age Relaxation

  • SC/ST (West Bengal): 5 years

  • OBC (West Bengal): 3 years

  • PwBD (40% & above): Up to 45 years

  • SC/ST/OBC candidates of other states will be treated as General category

  • Type: OMR-based Objective Test

  • Questions: 100 MCQs

  • Marks: 200

  • Negative Marking: 1 mark for each wrong answer

  • Duration: 1½ hours
