Essential Qualification and Experience AAI NER Non Executive Recruitment 2025
1. Senior Assistant (Electronics) – Post Code 01
- Qualification: Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio Engineering
- Experience: 2 years in the relevant field
2. Junior Assistant (HR) – Post Code 02
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
- Additional Test: Computer Literacy Test in MS Office (Qualifying)
3. Junior Assistant (Fire Services) – Post Code 03
Qualification (Any one):
- 10th + 3-year Diploma (Mechanical/Automobile/Fire)
OR - 12th Pass (Regular study)
Desirable: NCC, Computer Science in 12th, Fire training, relevant fire service experience.
Driving License Requirement:
- Heavy/Medium/Light Motor Vehicle License
- LMV must be 2 years old, MMV 1 year old (as on 06/12/2025)
Physical Standards:
- Male: Height ? 167 cm, Weight ? 55 kg, Chest 81 cm + 5 cm expansion
- Female: Height ? 157 cm, Weight ? 45 kg
- No glasses or refractive error allowed

Salary details AAI NER Non Executive Recruitment 2025
- Senior Assistant (Electronics) (NE-6 Level): Rs.36,000 – 3% – 1,10,000/-.
- Junior Assistant (HR) & Junior Assistant (Fire Services) (NE-4 Level): Rs.31,000 – 3% – 92,000/-.
In addition to the Basic Pay, employees are entitled to Dearness Allowance, Perks, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Scheme, Medical Benefits, and other benefits as per AAI Rules & Regulations.
Training Stipend (Senior Assistant – Electronics): Candidates appointed as Senior Assistant (Electronics) will undergo a 12-week Ab-Initio Training and 4 weeks of On-the-Job Training (OJT), during which they will receive a stipend of Rs. 25,000/- p.m
