RITES Limited, a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has released an official notification for the Recruitment of Engineering Professionals on a Regular Basis. Eligible candidates can apply online for Senior Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager posts in Ports, Waterways, Coastal Modelling, and Port Planning disciplines.

The online application process begins on 23 December 2025, and the last date to apply is 27 January 2026. The written examination is scheduled for 22 February 2026.

Educational Qualification & Experience

Senior Manager (Ports & Waterways)

  • Master’s Degree in Marine / Ocean / Structural Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years experience, including 5 years in marine/coastal structure design

Manager (Ports & Waterways)

  • Master’s Degree in Marine / Structural / Ocean Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience, including 3 years in marine structures

Manager (Coastal Modelling)

  • Master’s Degree in Coastal / Marine / Ocean Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience, including 2 years in numerical modelling

Assistant Manager (Port Planning)

  • Master’s Degree in Transport / Urban / Port Planning
  • Minimum 2 years experience in port master planning & GIS/AutoCAD

Pay Scale & Approximate CTC

Selection Process

The selection process consists of three stages:

Written Test

  • 125 Objective Questions
  • Duration: 2.5 Hours
  • No negative marking
  • Minimum Qualifying Marks:
    • UR/EWS: 50%
    • SC/ST/OBC/PwBD: 45%

Document Verification

  • Online uploaded documents will be scrutinized
  • Originals required during interview

Interview

  • Weightage:
    • Written Test: 60%
    • Interview: 40%
  • Minimum Interview Marks:
    • UR/EWS: 60%
    • SC/ST/OBC/PwBD: 50%
