Educational Qualification (For All Posts)

Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience Requirements

Post	Minimum Total Experience
Senior Manager	6 years
Deputy General Manager	9 years
General Manager	13 years
Senior General Manager	16 years

Experience should be in implementation of infrastructure sector projects including:

Highways
Roads (major district roads & above)
Bridges
Tunnels
Runways
Building infrastructure

Equivalent private sector experience of appropriate level is also acceptable.

NHIDCL Age Relaxation

SC/ST: 5 years
OBC-NCL: 3 years
PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years
PwBD (OBC): 13 years
PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
Ex-servicemen: 5 years (as per rules)

NHIDCL Selection Process 2025

NHIDCL follows a two-stage recruitment process:

Stage 1: Eligibility Test (MCQ Based)

(Candidates with 5+ years of NHIDCL experience are exempted.)

Stage 2: Selection Test

Specific Written Test (technical/domain knowledge)
