Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Consolidated Pay: ?60,000 per month
- Annual Increment: 5% on fixed pay after each completed year of service
Additional Provisions:
- EPF contribution as per EPF & MP Act, 1952 (employee + employer share)
- Medical insurance reimbursement up to ?4,000 per annum for policy coverage of ?3 lakhs
- TA/DA for official outstation duty
- One leave per calendar month
- Weekly off and public holidays as per project norms

Eligibility Criteria (As on 01.12.2025)
Educational Qualification
- Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 60% marks
- Degree must be from AICTE/UGC approved University/Institute
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 50 Years
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India rules
Essential Experience
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in:
- Electrical construction
- Procurement, installation, testing & commissioning
- TRD maintenance in Railways / Metro Rail / Power utilities
Preferred Experience:
- Railway OHE
- Power Supply / SCADA
- E&M works
- Electrical utility diversion
Teaching, training, consultancy, or freelancing experience will not be considered.
Medical Standards
Candidates must:
- Be in sound physical and mental health
- Be free from color blindness
- No relaxation in medical standards is permitted
Selection Process
- Written Examination and/or Interview

Contract Period
- Initial contract for 2 years
- Extendable by 1 additional year based on performance and project requirement
- Appointment is co-terminus with the project
