  1. The selection process has a total of 100 marks.
  2. A written exam will have 60% weightage.
  3. Academic merit in graduation or post-graduation will have 20% weightage.
  4. Relevant work experience will have 10% weightage.
  5. An interview will have 10% weightage.
  6. Preference will be given to native district candidates.
