    • Graduate degree with 2 years of experience OR
    • Postgraduate degree with 1 year of experience.
  • Junior Associate (EMBA, Media, Admin, HR, Purchase, CAO Office)
    • Any Graduate degree with 60% marks.
    • Preference for candidates with one year of experience.
  • Junior Associate - Estate Office
    • B.E or B.Tech in Civil/Electrical with 60% marks OR
    • Diploma in Civil/Electrical with 2 years experience.
  • Associate - Programs
    • Graduate degree with 1 year of experience OR
    • Postgraduate degree.
  • Associate - Application Development
    • BE/BTech/MCA/M.Sc in CS/IT with 1 year experience OR
    • BCA/BSC in CS/IT with 2 years experience OR
    • Diploma in CS/IT with 4 years experience.

Selection Process IIM Junior Programmer,Associate and Other Recruitment
