Essential Qualification UCSL Assistant Manager and Supervisor Recruitment
- Assistant Manager - Electrical/Mechanical : Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.
- Assistant Manager - Finance : Master of Commerce (M.Com) with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.
- Supervisor - Mechanical : a) Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education. Or b) ITI (NTC) in Welding trade or Sheet metal worker trade or Bench fitter or Fitter trade or Plumber trade from the State Board of Technical Education.

- Assistant Manager 30 years as on 05 September 2025
- Supervisor 45 years as of 05 September 2025
Salary details UCSL Assistant Manager and Supervisor Recruitment
- The minimum salary: Rs. 40,650/- per month.
- The maximum salary: Rs. 54,540/- per month.

The selection process is based on the Written Test, PowerPoint Presentation, Interview.
