- Management Trainee (EDP): B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Engineering or Computer Sciences.
- Management Trainee (Personnel): Degree with two years full-time PG Degree or Diploma in Management.
- Management Trainee (Electrical): Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Management Trainee (Mining): Bachelor of Mining Engineering.
- Management Trainee (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Management Trainee (Chemical): Degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Graduate Trainee (Chemical/Survey/Physics): B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.
- Diploma Trainee (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Diploma Trainee (Mechanical/Electrical): Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Diploma Trainee (Mining): Diploma in Mining Engineering or Mining & Mine Surveying.

UCIL Recruitment Age Limit
The maximum age for Management Trainees is 28 years, and for other trainee posts, it is 30 years. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.

Rs. 29,990 to Rs. 40,000 per month

Selection Process UCIL Recruitment
- Selection for Management Trainee (Engineering) posts will be based on GATE-2025 scores and a Personal Interview.
- Selection for Management Trainee (Personnel) will use UGC-NET JUNE 2025 marks and a Personal Interview.
- For all other posts, selection may include a Written Test or Personal Interview or both.
