Essential Qualification NIPGR Scientist,Technician,Administrative Officer and Other Recruitment

• Scientist - VI:
  • Ph.D. or equivalent in Engineering or post-graduate degree.
  • 12 years post-qualification experience in related fields.
• Scientist - V:
  • 1st Class M.Sc or equivalent with 11 years research experience. OR
  • Ph.D. with at least 8 years research experience in the relevant subject.
• Technician - I:
  • 10th Grade with Science plus two years Full Time Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology and 2 years relevant experience. OR
  • B.Sc. OR
  • Three years Diploma in Engineering Technology. OR
  • 10th Grade with ITI Certificate in respective trade with 4 years relevant experience.
• Multi-Tasking Staff:
  • 10th Grade or equivalent.
• Administrative Officer:
  • Graduate preferably with P.G. Diploma in Personnel Management.
  • At least 3/2 years experience in Pay Level 7/8 or equivalent in administration and establishment work.
• Finance Officer:
  • Graduate preferably with SAS/CA/ICWA/M.Com/MBA (Finance).
  • At least 3/2 years experience in Pay Level 7/8 or equivalent in budget and accounts.

Salary details NIPGR Scientist,Technician,Administrative Officer and Other Recruitment

• Scientist - VI : Rs.1,31,100 - 2,16,600/-
• Scientist - V : Rs.1,23,100 - 2,15,900/-
• Technician - I : Rs.25,500 - 81,100/-
• Multi-Tasking Staff Rs.18,000 - 56,900/-
• Administrative Officer and Finance Officer : Rs.56,100 - 1,77,500/-

Selection Process NIPGR Scientist,Technician,Administrative Officer and Other Recruitment

1. For Technician-I and Multi-Tasking Staff, selection will be via written/practical examination.
2. Syllabus and exam details will be sent to shortlisted candidates.
3. For other posts, the selection method may involve shortlisting based on qualifications and experience, followed by an interview.
4. The Screening Committee may set its own criteria for shortlisting.
