Essential Qualification APMSRB DEO, Counsellor and Other Recruitment

  • Consultant Psychiatrist : MBBS with Post Graduate Psychiatry qualification e.g., MD or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in Psychiatry.
  • Clinical Psychologist : Post Graduate Degree in Psychology or Applied Psychology in Medical and Social Psychology or Masters of Philosophy in Mental Health and Social Psychology obtained after completion of a full time course of two years which includes supervised clinical training approved and recognized by the Rehabilitation Council.
  • Psychiatric Social Worker : First or Second Class M.A., / M.S.W., Degree in Medical Psychiatric Social Work.
  • Counsellor : Masters in Clinical Psychology / Social Work or other related disciplines such as MA Sociology/Psychology OR Bachelors in Psychology or Social Work or Nursing with two years' experience in Mental Health Care working preferably counselling.
  • Technical CoOrdinator : BE in engineering OR Diploma in Engineering with 2 years experience of working in Health - related Technologies or MCA.,
  • Data Entry Operators : Any Degree with PG DCA.
