Essential Qualification Indian Coast Guard Navik and Yantrik Recruitment
Navik (General Duty):
- Class 12th passed with Maths and Physics from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
Navik (Domestic Branch):
- Class 10th passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
Yantrik:
- Class 10th passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE) and Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical / Electronics/ Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering of duration 03 or 04 years approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).
- Class 10th & Class 12th passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE) “AND” Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical / Electronics/ Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering of duration 02 or 03 years approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).
Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2025 Age Limit
- Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
- Maximum Age Limit: 22 Years
- Nvk(GD) for 01/26 & 02/26 batch: Candidate should be born between 01 Aug 2004 to 01 Aug 2008.
- Yantrik for 01/26 batch: Candidate should be born between 01 Mar 2004 to 01 Mar 2008.
- Nvk(DB) for 02/26 batch: Candidate should be born between 01 Aug 2004 to 01 Aug 2008.
Salary details Indian Coast Guard Navik and Yantrik Recruitment
Navik (General Duty):
- Basic pay of ? 21700/- (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/ place of posting as per the prevailing regulations.
Navik (Domestic Branch):
- Basic Pay Scale for Navik (DB) is ? 21700/- (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/ place of posting as per the prevailing regulation
Yantrik:
- Basic pay ? 29200/- (Pay Level-5). In addition, you will be paid Yantrik pay @ ? 6200/- plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/place of posting as per the prevailing regulation.
Selection Process Indian Coast Guard Navik and Yantrik Recruitment
- Stage 1: Computer Based Written Exam.
- Stage 2: Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Document Verification, and Medical Exam.
- Stage 3: Final Document Verification and Medicals at INS Chilka.
- Stage 4: Verification of original documents after joining.
