- Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET or hold a Ph.D. degree.
- Professor (Computer Science): Ph.D. in a relevant discipline with 10 years of teaching or research experience.
- Professor (Mechanical/Mechatronics): Ph.D. in a relevant field with a first-class Bachelor's or Master's degree and 10 years of experience.
- Associate Professor (Mechanical): Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, a Master's degree with 55% marks, and 8 years of experience.
- Assistant Professor (Mechatronics): B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering with first class in either degree.
- Assistant Professor (Health and Medical): Master's degree (MD/MBBS/M.Sc.) in relevant medical or nursing fields.
- Director (Campus Development): Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Planning with relevant experience.
- Director (Languages & Employability): Ph.D. or NET qualified with an M.A. in English (55%) and 10 years of experience.
- Deputy Chief Skill Coordinator: Bachelor’s Degree with 55% marks and 10 years of experience in skilling.
