- Assistant Manager Grade 'A' (General Stream)
- Graduation in fields like Commerce, Economics, or Engineering with 60% marks.
- OR professional qualifications like CA, CS, CMA, or CFA.
- OR an MBA/PGDM (2-year full-time).
- Some qualifications require 2 years of experience in credit or finance.
- Manager Grade 'B' (General Stream)
- Graduation with 60% marks OR Post Graduation with 55% marks.
- Requires at least 5 years of experience as an officer in specified financial institutions.
- Manager Grade 'B' (Legal)
- Bachelor degree in Law with 50% marks and enrollment as an advocate.
- Requires at least 5 years of experience as a Law Officer in specified organizations.
- Manager Grade 'B' (Information Technology)
- B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science or IT /Electronics/ Electronics & Communications streams with 60% marks OR an MCA with 60% marks.

Salary details SIDBI Recruitment
Grade A: Rs. 1,00,000/- p.m, Grade B: Rs. 1,15,000/- p.m
Selection Process SIDBI Recruitment
- Phase I: Online Screening Exam - An objective test of 200 marks.
- Phase II: Online Main Exam - Includes both objective and descriptive tests for 200 marks.
- Psychometric Test - An assessment for candidates shortlisted after Phase II.
- Interview - A personal interview round of 100 marks for final selection.
