Essential Qualification MPPGCL Assistant Engineer,Junior Engineer and other Recruitment
- Assistant Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)
- BE or B.Tech in a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience required.
- Assistant Engineer (Civil) / Poly Chemist / Personnel Officer
- BE or B.Tech or PG Degree in a related field.
- Medical Officer
- MBBS degree with registration in MP Medical Council.
- Security Officer
- Graduate with minimum 7 years of service.
- Experience in Police, Armed Forces, or Paramilitary.
- Junior Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)
- Diploma or BE or B.Tech in a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience required.
- Junior Engineer (Civil)
- Diploma or BE or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Plant Assistant (Mechanical/Electrical)
- 10th Grade pass with ITI certificate in a related trade.
- Office Assistant / Store Assistant / Junior Stenographer
- 12th Grade pass with a 1-year computer diploma.
- Valid CPCT scorecard is also required.
- Stenographer needs a shorthand certificate.
- Fireman
- 10th Grade pass with a course in firefighting.
- Security Guard

Rs. 15500 - Rs. 177500 Per Month
Selection Process MPPGCL Assistant Engineer,Junior Engineer and other Recruitment
- The selection will be based on a Computer Based Test (CBT).
- The test will have 100 multiple-choice questions for 100 marks.
- The duration of the exam will be 2 hours.
- There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
- For Security Officer and Security Guard posts, a Physical Efficiency Test will also be conducted.
- Final selection is based on the merit list from the CBT.
