- BE/B.Tech in relevant discipline (full-time regular course only)
- Recognized by UGC/AICTE/AIU
- Post qualification experience only considered
- Integrated 5-year dual degree acceptable

Salary Details (Consolidated Pay)
Draughtsman
- ₹25,750 – ₹36,770
Engineer
- ₹35,520 – ₹47,120
Deputy Manager
- ₹40,000 – ₹50,000
Senior Manager
- ₹43,720 – ₹57,980
Assistant General Manager
- ₹49,240 – ₹67,240
✔ Additional 3% increment per completed year of extra experience (subject to maximum pay limit).
✔ Annual increment of 3% on renewal of contract.

For Draughtsman & Senior Draughtsman:
- Skill Test in Engineering Drafting Software
- Merit based on skill test marks
- Tie-breaking based on:
