 Educational Qualification

Candidates must have:

 Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
  • Experience in:
    • Civil Construction
    • Infrastructure Projects
    • Electrical Works
    • MEP Projects
  • Experience in Central/State Govt/PSUs/Private organizations accepted

 Internship/Apprenticeship/Training experience will NOT be considered.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in:

  • Indian Railways
  • Central/State PSU
  • Government Departments (Minimum 1 year cumulative experience)

 Age Limit (As on 22.05.2026)

  • Maximum Age: 45 Years
  • Age relaxation applicable for:
    • SC/ST
    • OBC (NCL)
    • Ex-Servicemen
    • PwD

As per Government of India norms.

 Salary & Benefits

  • ₹76,000 per month (All Inclusive)
  • Income Tax & Professional Tax deductions applicable
  • Employer’s EPF contribution included in CTC

This is a high-paying contract engineering job under the Ministry of Railways.

 Selection Process

Selection will be based on:

  • Last drawn Gross Salary
  • Relevant Work Experience
  • B.Tech Percentage
  • Interview Performance
  • Additional weightage for M.Tech qualification
  • Preference for Railway/PSU experience

RLDA reserves the right to shortlist candidates if applications are high.

 Contract Duration

  • Initial engagement for 1 year
  • Extendable based on:
    • Project requirement
    • Performance review
