Management Trainee (Civil / Law)

  • Training Stipend: ₹50,000 per month

  • After Training: Assistant Manager Pay Level ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500

Junior Management Trainee (Civil)

  • Training Stipend: ₹30,000 per month

  • After Training: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400

Office Assistant Grade-III

  • Training Stipend: ₹20,000 per month

  • After Training: ₹29,300 – ₹92,400

Additional benefits include DA, HRA, medical allowance, NPS, insurance, and other benefits as per OPTCL rules.


Selection Process
