  • Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks + 3 years experience in Central/State Govt/PSU/ULB utility sector
    OR
  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks + 0–1 year experience

 Junior Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical)

  • Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks + 3 years experience
    OR
  • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks + 0–1 year experience

Experience must be in Water & Sewer, Electricity, Gas, or Telecommunication sectors.

 Age Limit (As on 01.04.2026)

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years
  • Maximum Age: 30 Years
  • Upper age relaxation:
    • 5 Years – SC/ST/PwD
    • 3 Years – OBC (NCL)
  • Maximum permissible age including relaxation: 35 Years

Junior Engineer (Civil)

  • Preparation of estimates, site plans & cost calculations
  • Supervision of water supply & sewer maintenance
  • Monitoring contractor works
  • Leakage detection & reporting
  • Measurement recording & store maintenance
  • Public grievance handling
  • Safety supervision at site

Junior Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical)

  • Operation & maintenance of pumping stations
  • Supervision of tube wells & electrical installations
  • Preparation of estimates & reports
  • Maintenance of stores & materials
  • Monitoring uninterrupted water supply
