Candidates must be born between:
02 July 2005 to 02 January 2009 (both dates inclusive).
Maximum age at the time of enrolment should not exceed 21 years.
Educational Qualification
Science Stream
Candidates must have:
10+2 with Physics, Mathematics and English with at least 50% marks, or
3-year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Computer Science / IT / Instrumentation) with 50% marks, or
2-year Vocational Course with Physics and Mathematics
Non-Science Stream
10+2 in any stream with 50% aggregate marks and 50% in English, or
2-year vocational course with minimum 50% marks
Sports Achievement Eligibility
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
Represented India in Junior/Senior International competitions.
Achieved minimum 5th position in Junior National competitions.
Represented State/UT in National competitions.
For Cricket, candidates must have played Ranji Trophy, Duleep Trophy, Deodhar Trophy, U-19 or U-23 tournaments.
For Shooting, candidates must have international medals or top 50 national ranking.
For Chess, candidates must have FIDE rating of 2150 or above.
Sports certificates must be issued by federations recognized by the Indian Olympic Association or Sports Authority of India.
Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
Candidates must complete the following:

Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive the Agniveer salary package:
