HPCL is engaging engineering graduates for one-year apprenticeship training in the following branches:
Mechanical Engineering

Instrumentation Engineering
The apprenticeship will be conducted across multiple locations in India under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
Stipend
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of:
₹25,000 per month
₹20,500 paid by HPCL
₹4,500 paid by Government of India via DBT scheme

Educational Qualification
BE/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation
Minimum marks:
60% — UR / OBC-NC
50% — SC / ST / PwBD
Degree must be completed after 01 April 2023
Qualification must be recognized by UGC / AICTE

Minimum: 18 years
