A. Junior Engineer Posts

1. Junior Engineer (MEP / Fire Fighting / HVAC)

  • Vacancies: 02 (Electrical – 01, Mechanical – 01)

  • Qualification:

    • Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 3 years experience, OR

    • Diploma with 5 years experience

  • Experience Area: Electrical, Mechanical, Firefighting, HVAC systems

  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 years

  • Remuneration: ₹55,000/- per month

2. Junior Engineer (Civil)

  • Vacancies: 01

  • Qualification:

    • Degree in Civil Engineering with 3 years experience, OR

    • Diploma with 5 years experience

  • Experience: Supervision of civil works in Govt./University/International organizations

  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 years

  • Remuneration: ₹55,000/- per month

B. Supervisor Posts

3. Electrical & Mechanical Supervisor

  • Vacancies: 01

  • Qualification: ITI in relevant trade with 5 years experience

  • Skills: Electrical & Mechanical systems, breakdown handling

  • Age Limit: Maximum 45 years

  • Salary: ₹42,000/- per month

4. Horticulture Supervisor

  • Vacancies: 01

  • Qualification: ITI in Horticulture/Florist trade with 5 years experience

  • Age Limit: Maximum 45 years

  • Salary: ₹42,000/- per month

C. Multi-Skilled Staff (MTS)

  • Qualification: 10+2 with technical skills (Electrician / Plumber / Sanitation etc.)

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years

  • Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
