Educational Qualification & Experience BHEL FTA Supervisor Recruitment

Safety (HSE)

Full-time Diploma in Engineering/Technology (any branch) + Diploma in Industrial Safety
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in safety at construction sites
Total experience required: 5 years

Civil

Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 years experience in civil works related to power projects, switchyards, substations, or industrial construction

Electrical

Full-time Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Minimum 2 years experience in installation & commissioning of power systems, SCADA, substations, HVDC, etc.

Age Limit (as on 01.02.2026)

Electrical / Civil: 30 years
Safety (HSE): 34 years

Age Relaxation

OBC (NCL): +3 years
PwD: up to +15 years (as per category)
