Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO), under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has released an official notification for the Walk-in-Interview for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) posts at Naval Science & Technological Laboratory (NSTL), Visakhapatnam. Eligible candidates with Engineering qualifications can attend the interview scheduled on 26 February 2026.

For B.E. / B.Tech Candidates:

  • First Division in relevant discipline
  • Valid NET or GATE score is mandatory

For M.E. / M.Tech Candidates:

  • First Division in both Graduation and Post-Graduation

? JRF Salary / Fellowship Amount

  • ?37,000 per month
  • Plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per DRDO rules
  • Initially for 2 years, extendable as per norms
