Educational Qualification IOCL Recruitment

  • Technician Apprentice: 3-year Diploma in relevant engineering discipline
  • Trade Apprentice (ITI): Matric + 2-year ITI (NCVT/SCVT)
  • Graduate Apprentice: Any regular full-time Graduate degree
  • Data Entry Operator: Class 12 (Below Graduate)

Minimum Marks:

  • General/OBC/EWS – 50%
  • SC/ST/PwBD – 45%

Qualifications through distance/part-time mode are NOT accepted.

IOCL Recruitment Age Limit (as on 31.12.2025)

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years
  • Maximum Age: 24 Years

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST – 5 Years
  • OBC (NCL) – 3 Years
  • PwBD – Up to 10 Years (15 for SC/ST, 13 for OBC)
