  • Civil Manager (E03) – 02 Posts
  • Mechanical Manager (E03) – 12 Posts
  • Electrical Manager (E03) – 08 Posts

  • Electronics & Instrumentation (E&I) Manager (E03) – 06 Posts

Note: Reservations are applicable for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS/PwBD as per Government of India norms. 02 posts are reserved for PwBD candidates.

Eligibility Criteria NALCO Manager Recruitment 2026

Educational Qualification

  • Civil: Degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering
  • Mechanical: Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical: Degree in Electrical / Power / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • Chemical: Degree in Chemical Engineering or M.Tech in Applied Chemistry
  • E&I: Degree in relevant Electronics, Instrumentation, or Control disciplines

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of executive-grade experience in relevant areas as on 02 February 2026.
  • Experience must be direct employment (contract through agencies will not be considered).
  • Candidates from Government/PSUs must have experience in the immediate lower pay scale.
  • Private sector candidates must meet the comparable CTC of ?22.82 LPA.

Age Limit

  • Upper Age Limit: 38 years as on 02/02/2026
  • Age relaxations apply as per rules (maximum age including relaxations: 56 years).

Pay Scale & Compensation

  • Pay Scale (E03): ?80,000 – ?2,20,000 (IDA Pattern)
  • Attractive CTC including Basic Pay, DA, Perks (35%), PRP, HRA/Company Accommodation, Medical Benefits, NPS, CPF, Gratuity, Leave Encashment, and more.

Selection Process NALCO Manager Recruitment 2026

  1. Written Test / Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 85% weightage
  2. Personal Interview (PI) – 15% weightage
  • Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility and experience.
  • PI will be conducted in a 1:10 ratio based on CBT scores.
  • Minimum qualifying marks:
    • UR: 50%
    • SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/UR-PwBD: 40%
    • OBC-PwBD/SC-PwBD/ST-PwBD: 30%
