The recruitment will be conducted through a Walk-in Selection at BEL Ghaziabad on 24th November 2025. Eligible candidates with a B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) degree and a minimum of two years of relevant post-qualification experience can apply. Educational Qualification BEL Project Engineer I Recruitment

Candidates must possess a B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) degree in a relevant discipline from an AICTE/UGC recognized university/institute.
Accepted disciplines include:

  • Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Telecommunication / Instrumentation
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Science

Candidates must have secured at least a Pass Class in their qualifying degree.

Experience Requirement

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience as of 01.11.2025 in areas such as:

  • Project management and coordination with vendors/customers
  • Installation and commissioning of equipment
  • Field trials, documentation, and technical support activities

Teaching or research experience will not be considered.

BEL Project Engineer I Recruitment Age Limit (as on 01.11.2025)

  • UR/EWS: 32 years
  • OBC (NCL): 35 years
  • SC/ST: 37 years
  • PwBD: Additional 10 years’ relaxation

Salary Structure BEL Project Engineer I Recruitment

Selected candidates will receive the following consolidated remuneration:

Additionally, a Retention Bonus of ?25,000 per completed year will be paid at the end of 4 years (?1,00,000 total). Eligible candidates posted at customer locations will receive an area allowance of 10% of their consolidated pay plus annual benefits of ?12,000 towards insurance and attire expenses.

Selection Process BEL Project Engineer I Recruitment

The selection will be conducted through Walk-in Selection for pre-registered candidates as per the following schedule:
