Essential Qualification Kerala High Court Technical Assistant,Data Entry Operator and Translator Recruitment

Candidates must hold the following qualifications from recognized institutions/universities approved by the Government of Kerala.

Technical Assistant 3 years Diploma in Electronics/IT/Computer Science/Computer Hardware Engineering (first class) + 1 year relevant experience in Government Departments/Courts/PSUs
Data Entry Operator 3 year Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Hardware/Electronics OR Any degree with certificate in Computer word processing/Data Entry operation
Translator Bachelor’s degree in any subject recognized by any University in Kerala

Kerala High Court Technical Assistant,Data Entry Operator and Translator Recruitment Age Limit

Candidates must be born between 02/01/1989 and 01/01/2007 (both days inclusive). The age is calculated based on the date of birth mentioned in official documents.

Selection Process Kerala High Court Technical Assistant,Data Entry Operator and Translator Recruitment

The Kerala High Court Selection Process 2025 includes tests and interviews for all candidates who successfully complete their application and fee payment. The selection methodology varies for different posts.

For Technical Assistant & Data Entry Operator:

  • Selection based on Skill Test and/or Interview
  • Written test may be conducted if number of applicants is high
  • Ranked list prepared based on marks in Skill Test/Interview

For Translator:

  • Selection based on Translation Test (50 marks) and Interview (10 marks)
  • Duration of Translation Test: 2 hours
  • Syllabus: Translation of English passage into Malayalam and vice versa, translation of legal terms
  • Minimum qualifying marks: 20 in Translation Test
