Selection Process BVFCL Management Trainee Recruitment 2025

The BVFCL Management Trainee Selection Process 2025 consists of the following stages:

  1. Computer-Based Test (CBT) – Online test comprising 150 questions (100 technical + 50 aptitude questions).
    • Duration: 2 hours
    • No negative marking
    • Test Medium: English and Hindi
  2. Personal Interview – Shortlisted candidates in the ratio of 1:5 will be called for interview.

Final Merit List will be prepared based on the following weightage:

  • CBT: 85%
  • Interview: 15%

Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in both CBT and interview separately to qualify.
