Educational Qualification ISRO IIRS JRF Recruitment 2025
Candidates must possess an M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc (Engg.) in First Class with a minimum of 60% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA OR an M.Sc in First Class with a minimum of 65% aggregate or 6.84 CGPA.

Additionally, House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be paid as per rules if hostel accommodation is not provided. After two years, the fellowship may be upgraded to Senior Research Fellow (SRF) with a stipend of Rs.42,000/- per month. The maximum tenure for a JRF and SRF combined is five years.
