Selection Process NHIDCL Technical Cadre Recruitment 2025

The recruitment will follow a two-stage selection process:

  1. Stage 1 – Eligibility Test:
    A multiple-choice question-based test assessing general awareness, analytical ability, aptitude, and logical reasoning.
    • Candidates with 5 years of NHIDCL experience are exempted from this test.
  2. Stage 2 – Selection Test:
    • Specific Written Test: Focused on technical knowledge relevant to the grade applied.
