Mandatory Eligibility:
Employees with performance of ‘Above Average’ during the last 03 years of their service would only be eligible.
Individual must be a superannuated employee who retired from services on attaining the age of superannuation (VRS, resignation, termination, etc. are not eligible).

A fixed monthly amount is calculated as: Pay drawn at the time of Retirement minus Basic Pension.

- Suitable candidates will be shortlisted and recommended by a Committee constituted by the Competent Authority.
- Experience in the Core/Operational Area (Annexure-B) will be taken into account.
- The result of the final selection will be published only on the DOO (C&S) website https://ddpdoo.gov.in.
