Essential Qualification SCI Assistant Manager and Executive Recruitment
- Management: 2 years full-time MBA or PG Diploma in Management.
- Finance (AM): Qualified CA or CMA.
- HR/Personnel (AM): 2 years full-time MBA or PG Diploma in HR.
- Law: Full-time degree in Law (3 or 5 years).
- Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical): 4 years BE/B.Tech in the relevant field.
- IT: 4 years BE/B.Tech in IT/CS or 2 years MCA.
- Fire & Security: 4 years Bachelors Degree in Fire & Safety Eng.
- Naval Architect: 4 years Bachelors Degree in Naval Architecture.
- Company Secretary: Qualified Company Secretary (CS).
- Finance (Executive): 3 years full-time BBA/BMS or Bachelors degree in Finance.
- HR/Personnel (Executive): 3 years full-time BBA/BMS in HR.
- Mass Communication: 3 years full-time BBA/BMS or Bachelors in Mass Communication.
- Hindi: Masters Degree in Hindi with English or vice versa.
Note: A minimum of 60 percent marks is required. One year experience is mandatory for Executive posts and desirable for Assistant Manager posts.
SCI Assistant Manager and Executive Recruitment Age Limit
The maximum age for applicants is 27 years as of 01 August 2025. Age relaxation is available for reserved categories as per government rules. For SC and ST candidates it is 5 years and for OBC candidates it is 3 years.
