Essential Qualification BEL Trainee Engineer Recruitment
B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering degree (4-year course) in relevant disciplines (Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, Electrical) with PASS CLASS from recognized University/Institution
BEL Trainee Engineer I Recruitment 2025 Age Limit (as on 01-09-2025)
- The age limit should be not more than 28 years for General & EWS candidates.
- The upper age limit will be relaxable for OBC (NCL) candidates by 03 years and SC/ST candidates by 05 years.
- For candidates belonging to PwBD category having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.
- SSLC/SSC/ISC mark card and any other valid document will be considered as proof of date of birth.
Salary details BEL Trainee Engineer Recruitment
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary starting at Rs. 30,000 for the 1st year. It will increase to Rs. 35,000 in the 2nd year and Rs. 40,000 in the 3rd year if extended. Additional allowances towards medical insurance, attire, and footwear are also provided.
Selection Process BEL Trainee Engineer Recruitment
Candidates who apply successfully will be shortlisted for a written test conducted at Bengaluru. The written test will have technical and general aptitude questions. Candidates scoring above the minimum cutoff will be called for document verification.
The selection includes a written test of 85 questions for 90 minutes. The test will have technical and aptitude questions. There is negative marking of 0.25 for wrong answers. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
