RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RCIL), a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, has released the RailTel Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Notification (RCIL/2024/P&A/27/1) for engaging 40 Graduate and Diploma Engineering Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess:
Graduate Apprentice
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech (4 Years)
Diploma Apprentice
- Full-time Diploma (3 Years)
Approved by AICTE with minimum 60% aggregate marks.
Eligible branches include:
- Electronics & Telecommunication
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Electronics & Instrumentation
Candidates must have completed their qualification within the last three years.
Age Limit
As on the notification date:
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 27 Years
Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government rules.
Who Cannot Apply?
The following candidates are not eligible:
- Candidates having more than one year of work experience after qualification
- Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training
- Candidates currently undergoing apprenticeship
- Candidates who completed qualification more than three years ago
