Essential Qualification BEL Senior Engineer Recruitment
- Full time B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in specific engineering fields.
- Disciplines: Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Science.
- First Class is required in the qualifying degree.
Experience Required as on 01/05/2025:
- For B.E/B.Tech candidates: Minimum 4 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience.
- For M.E/M.Tech candidates: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience in the specified technical areas.
Salary details BEL Senior Engineer Recruitment
Rs.50,000 - 1,60,000/- plus allowances
Selection Process BEL Senior Engineer Recruitment
- Shortlisted candidate will be called for a Written Test (85 marks).
- Based on Written Test scores, people will be shortlisted for an Interview.
- The ratio for interview shortlisting is 1:7 (post-wise and category-wise).
- Final selection is based on both test and interview.
