Junior Research Fellow job description:

Indian Institute of Information Technology, Nagpur has officially declared the notification for the Junior Research Fellow Jobs on its official website. Maharashtra Government Jobs notification released now interested candidates can use the IIIT Nagpur Recruitment 2024. Eligible candidates may submit the application form for  Junior Research Fellow Jobs on or before the last date of application.

Junior Research Fellow Qualification & experience :
1. Graduate with first class (minimum 60%) in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)/Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering and other allied areas or M. Tech. /ME/MS with first class (minimum 60%) in Electronics and communication Engineering (ECE)/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Microelectronics and other allied areas or M.Sc. with first class (minimum 60 %) in Electronics/Physics and allied areas. 5% relaxation shall be applicable for SC/ST/PWD Candidates. 
2. Qualified in any of the following National eligibility test/exam: a. GATE b. CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) c. National-level examination conducted by Central Govt. Departments and their agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc.

Pay scale :Rs. 31,000/- Per Month (Fixed) for two years and Rs. 35,000/- Per Month (Fixed) for the third year.

Junior Research Fellow Selection Process :  

The Selection Process will be based on Walk In Interview
