Governments/ Universities/ Statutory /Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations Holding analogous posts on regular basis OR Assistant Engineer (Civil) with 5 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 5400/- OR Junior Engineer (Civil) with 7 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4600/-. Executive Engineer - Electrical : Officers under the Central/State /U.T. Governments/ Universities/ Statutory /Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations Holding analogous posts on regular basis OR Assistant Engineer (Electrical) with 5 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 5400/- OR Junior Engineer (Electrical) with 7 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4600/-.
