Educational Qualification
Candidates must:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology from:
- A recognized University established under Central/State Act
- Or a deemed university under UGC Act, 1956
- Or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government
Final year candidates whose results are awaited can apply for the Preliminary Examination.
However, they must produce proof of passing before the Main Examination.

- Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both

Class-I (Executive Engineer)
