Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) has introduced the latest job notification for the 26 Chief General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Senior Manager, Assistant Manager, Engineer, Officer, and Junior Executive Posts. Aspirants who have a qualified M.A, MSW, Graduation, MBA, Post Graduation, Degree, B.E/ B.Tech in Marine, Automobile, Production, Electronics, Electrical, Architectural, and Mechanical Engineering must utilize the advantage of the BEML Recruitment 2024. Qualified and Interested Candidates can apply online from 15th May 2024 to 05th June 2024. More details like educational qualification, pay scale, age limit, selection process, application fee, how to apply, and important dates are mentioned below.

Chief General Manager,Deputy General Manager,Assistant General Manager,Senior Manager,Assistant Manager,Engineer and Officer Qualification & experience :

Chief General Manager : First Class Degree in Engineering from a recognized University /Institution. (or) Brigadier (or higher) from Indian Army with a Degree from university or its equivalent from Indian Army. Postgraduate degree / diploma in technology /management will have added advantage.

Deputy General Manager  : Colonel from Indian Army with a Degree from university or its equivalent from Indian Army. Officers of Armoured Corps and Mech. Infantry only need to apply. OR First Class Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Naval Architecture Engineering from a recognized University /Institution.
Marine Engineering qualification is preferred. Postgraduate degree /diploma in technology /management will have added advantage.

Assistant General Manager  : Lt. Colonel from Indian Army with a Degree from university or its equivalent from Indian Army.Officers of Armoured Corps and Mech.
Infantry only need to apply.

Senior Manager : First Class Degree in Mechanical / Marine /Automobile/ from a recognized University /Institution Postgraduate degree /MBA in Marketing will
have added advantage.

Assistant Manager : First Class Degree in Mechanical / Marine /Automobile/ Production Engineering from a recognized University / Institution or Post Graduation or Higher Qualification in Maritime applications will be of added advantage.

Engineer : First Class Degree in Mechanical / Marine /Automobile/ Production Engineering from a recognized University /Institution OR First Class Degree in
Engineering in Mechanical / Marine /Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized University /Institution .

Officer : First Class Graduate with Two years full time MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA(Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 yrs. full time course with specialization in IR/ HR with Labour Legislations from a recognized University /Institution. Degree in Law is desirable.

Officer / Engineer/Management Trainee  Rs.40,000 – 1,40,000/-
Assistant Manager Rs.50,000 – 1,60,000/-
Senior Manager Rs.70,000 – 2,00,000/-
Assistant General Manager Rs.80,000 – 2,20,000/-
Deputy General Manager Rs.90,000 – 2,40,000/-
Chief General Manager Rs.1,20,000 – 2,80,000/-

Selection Process

• Selection will be based on  Written Exam/Interview.
