Research Associate-1 job description:

Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT) has published the latest job notification for the 01 Research Associate Vacancy. Aspirants who have to possess a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering are eligible to apply for the Post. Eligible Candidates can apply on or before the closing date of 10th May 2024. Research Associate-1 Qualification & experience :

  • Ph.D. in Computational Biophysics/ Biochemistry/ Bioinformatics/ Chemical Engineering or relevant engineering background.
  • The candidate should have a significant background in statistical mechanics, molecular simulations (DFT, MD), and thermodynamics.
  • The candidate should have a significant experience in quantum and/or classical molecular simulations.
  • The candidate should have experience in coding in python/C/C++ and experience of the Linux environment.

Pay Scale

  • Rs.58000+18% HRA

Selection Process

  • Selection will be based on interview.
