General Manager Qualification & experience :
B.E./ B.Tech.(Civil) .
Experience : Minimum 17 years of post-qualification experience at Executive level (E2/L9 or above) or 19 years of post-qualification experience of working in private sector. - Experience in the field of Civil Engineering contract management and procurement. - Experience in analysis of claims and dispute management, through negotiation, mediation, expert determination, adjudication, arbitration and litigation etc. dealing with the FIDIC based contracts, funded by multilateral financial institutions shall be preferred.
General Manager Selection Process :
The Selection Process will be based on eligibility/ experience in the relevant field, shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

Candidates are required to upload recent passport sized photograph & signatures (not more than 3 months old), Scanned copies of following documents shall be kept ready while filling online application form. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: The application should be supported with the following documents: - (i) Class 10th Certificate/ Birth Certificate.
(ii) Copies of Educational Certificates (Matriculation onwards).
(iii) Degree Certificate of Graduation clearly showing stream.
(iv) Appointment letter, along with joining date of current organization.
(v) Duty allocation orders.
(vi) Copies of APARs.
(vii) Office order showing promotion to present grade.
(viii) Experience Certificates/ Service Certificates/ Relieving Orders issued by previous organizations. It should clearly indicate date of joining and date of relieving from each organization, where worked, along with designations.
(ix) Last 3 months’ salary slips.
(x) Form-16/ ITR (for private sector candidates).
(xi) Last 6 months’ bank statement (for private sector candidates).
Application without supporting certificates/ documents, as mentioned above, shall be summarily rejected.
