Audit - Information System (IS) (Assistant General Manager - Grade C) Education:BE/ B.Tech (IT/ CS/ Electronics or related) / BCA/ BSc (CS/ IT) / Graduate + CISA / MSc/ MCA/ ME/ M.Tech (IT/ CS/ Electronics). Preferred: CISM/ CRISC/ CISSP/ CISA.Experience:7 years in BFSI (officer level), 4 years in IS Audit.
Finance & Accounts (FAD) (Deputy General Manager - Grade D) Education:CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance).Experience:10 years in BFSI (officer level), 7 years in relevant role.
IT & MIS - Various* (Manager - Grade B) Education:Graduate (CS/ IT/ Electronics/ E&TC) OR MCA. Preferred: PG (60% marks). Desirable: Certs (OCP/ Data Analytics/ SAS/ Python/ PM/ IT Domain).Experience:4 years in BFSI/ FinTech/ IT Org (officer). 2 years in related area*.*Areas: Finacle Core, Digital App, AI/ ML, Data Science, Full Stack Dev, Data Warehouse, Network Solutions, Cloud Mgmt.

 

Selection Process

  1. Preliminary Screening: Applications checked for basic eligibility like age education experience.
  2. Shortlisting: Based on qualification experience and suitability Bank will call limited candidates.
  3. Selection Stage: Shortlisted candidates called for Group Discussion (GD) and or Personal Interview (PI).
  4. Final Selection: Based on performance in GD PI eligibility verification medical fitness and background checks.
