Scientist ‘B’ Qualification & experience :

At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics & Communication/Mechanical Engg/Computer Science & Engg/Electrical/Metallurgy/Chemical/Aeronautical/ Civil Engg from a recognized university or equivalent.  
GATE Qualification:  Valid GATE score in Electronics & Communication/Mechanical Engg/Computer Science & Engg/Electrical/Metallurgy/Chemical/Aerospace/ Civil Engg  [Paper  code : EC OR
At least First Class Master’s Degree in Science in the subject/discipline of Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics   from a recognised university or equivalent. GATE Qualification : Valid GATE score in Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics   [Paper code : PH] 

Scientist ‘B’ Selection Process :    

The Selection Process will be based on Written Examination
Interview
Document Verification.
