Supervisor and Construction Manager,Draftsman,Quality Assurance and Control Engineer and Field Quality Control Engineer Qualification & experience :

Supervisor Cum Construction Manager : Full time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or its related field.
Three (03) Years experience in Water Supply / Waste Water Infrastructure Project 
Draftsman : 
Matriculation plus ITI Tradesmanship/Apprenticeship Certificate in Civil Engineering Assistant/Draughtsman (Civil)/Surveyor/CAD Operator in Autocad/Civil/Mechanical/Fitter/Machinist Turner Trade .One (01) Year experience in Autocad.
Quality Assurance & Control Engineer : Full time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or its related field  OR Full time Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/Power Supply/ Instrumentation and Control/ Industrial Electronics/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Applied Electronics/ Digital Electronics/ Power Electronics Engineering or any of the combination in part or whole or its related field     OR     Full time Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Technology in Mechanical/ Production/ Production & Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical/ Railways/ Mechatronics & Automobile or any of the above combination in part or whole or its related field.  
Three (03) Years experience in Water Supply Project  Discipline specific experience  (1) Civil Engineer – Experience in Water testing / Overhead tanks / Underground Water tanks / or similar experience.  (2) Mechanical / Electrical Engineer – Experience in testing of pipes, motors, switches, fitting, or similar nature of work.  
Field Quality Control Engineer : Full time Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or its related field.
Five (05) Years experience in Water Supply / Wastewater Infrastructure Projects   Discipline specific experience (1) Civil Engineer – Experience in Water testing / Overhead tanks / Underground Water tanks / or similar nature of work.   (2) Mechanical / Electrical Engineer – Experience in testing of pipes, motors, switches, fitting & factory inspection of electrical & mechanical equipment or similar nature of work 

Supervisor and Construction Manager,Draftsman,Quality Assurance and Control Engineer and Field Quality Control Engineer Selection Process :
