AIIMS Junior Research Fellow Educational Qualification

a) For candidates with M.Tech./ ME/ MS as qualifying degree in an Engineering/Technology in Mechanical/ Electronics/ CS/ Electrical or in relevant branches with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 or 60% of marks. b) For candidates with B. Tech./ BE as a qualifying degree in Engineering/Technology in Mechanical/ ENTC/ Electronics/ CS/ Electrical or in relevant branches with a minimum CGPA of 7.5 or 70% of marks. c) Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Bio-informatics/ Computational Neuroscience/ Computational Biology or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate score.

Pay Scale

Rs.31,000 per month + 24% House Rent Allowance

Age Limit

  • 28 years for a candidate with BE/B.Tech. degree as the highest Qualification and 35 years for a candidate with ME/ M.Tech/ MS degree as the highest qualification. Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PD will be given as per the GOI norms.
