Educational Qualification/ Experience
B.Tech/B.E./M.Sc./M.Tech./M.E./MS(R) equivalent in Electronics and Communication
Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Material Science &
Engineering/Metallurgical and Materials Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical
Engineering/Nanotechnology with desirable knowledge/expertise in growth and characterization of
electronic materials and devices. The GATE/NET qualification is desirable. Candidates must
have at least 6.5/10 CGPA or 60 percent marks in aggregate from a recognized technical institute
or university as a full-time program. Proof of B.Tech/B.E./M.Sc./M.Tech./M.E./MS(R)/equivalent
certificate has to be provided during the time of interview.
Selection Process
Written test/Interview.
Pay Scale
Rs.37,000/- (Per month for one years)
