Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has issued a new job notification for the posts of Executive Engineer, Assistant Engineer, and Assistant Manager with 07 Vacancies. Executive Engineer,Assistant Engineer and Assistant Manager Qualification & experience :
- Executive Engineer - Civil : BE/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering. Masters in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Experience : Post qualification experience of minimum of 12 years in Tendering and Contract Management of large /medium project, out of which at least 10 years shall be in Metro Railway/ Indian Railway/PSUs/ reputed firms having experience in the preparation of Tender document, Tender Evaluation, Arbitration /conciliation in accordance with GoK/GoI procurement guidelines.Further experience in (shopping complex, multi storied building, malls) Civil construction, Estimate, Rate analysis, Quantity survey, Billing, site supervision,inspecting of civil works as per technical specifications.Should have knowledge in Property Development & Real Estate field, Interior works, Renovations, upgradation projects etc.
Assistant Engineer - Civil : BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - Experience : Post qualification experience of minimum of 5 years in Metro Railway/Railway/PSUs / reputed firms having experience in the Civil Building construction, Shopping malls, Complexes, Multi Storied buildings, Interior works etc. Estimate, Rate analysis, Quantity survey, Billing, site supervision, inspecting of civil works as per technical specifications. Estimate, Rate analysis, Quantity survey, billing, supervision of site and inspection, Hands on experience in Auto CADD preferred and basic design
review. Should have knowledge in Real Estate field, Interior works, Renovations, upgradation etc.
Assistant Engineer - E&M : BE/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering - Experience : Post qualification experience of minimum of 5 years in Metro Railway/Railway/PSUs/reputed firms having experience in the Electrical works of Civil project,Shopping malls, Complexes, Multi Storied buildings etc.Estimate, Rate analysis, Quantity survey, Billing, site supervision, inspecting of Electrical works as per technical specifications. Estimate, Rate analysis, Quantity survey, billing, supervision of site and inspection, Hands on experience in Auto CADD preferred and basic design review.
Assistant Manager - Marketing : BE/B.Tech in Civil /B.Arch. with MBA (Marketing). - Experience : Post qualification experience of minimum of 5 years in Metro Railway / Shopping complex / Malls/ Real Estate firms /Advertisement firms good marketing skills, Interaction with Private/Public Corporates for Retail outlets, Advertisements, Sound understanding of marketing fundamentals, Creative thinking, & problemsolving ability, Leadership & project management skills, Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing strategies, Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, Experience in preparation of framework or enhancing Non Fare Box Revenue(NFBR) activities.
