Management Trainee and Junior Management Trainee job description:

Odisha Power Transmission Corporation (OPTCL) has released the latest job notification for the 68 Management Trainee and Junior Management Trainee Vacancies. Aspirants who have qualified in Post Graduation, MBA, Diploma, LLB, CA, Graduation, Degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering are eligible to apply. Junior Management Trainee - Telecom  20

Age :21 to 32 years

Pay scale :Management Trainee - Telecom  Rs. 56,100/- to Rs.1,77,500/- 
Junior Management Trainee - Telecom  Rs. 44,900/- to Rs.1,42,400/-

Management Trainee and Junior Management Trainee Qualification & experience :

Management Trainee - Telecom  : Degree in Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate form a Recognized University / Institution or passing of Section A & B of IE (India) in relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%.   
Junior Management Trainee - Telecom  : Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%.  

Management Trainee and Junior Management Trainee Selection Process :    

The Selection Process will be based on s Computer Based Test (CBT) and Personal Interview.
