Management Trainee and Junior Management Trainee Qualification & experience :

Management Trainee - Telecom  : Degree in Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate form a Recognized University / Institution or passing of Section A & B of IE (India) in relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%.   
Junior Management Trainee - Telecom  : Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%.  

Management Trainee and Junior Management Trainee Selection Process :    

The Selection Process will be based on s Computer Based Test (CBT) and Personal Interview.
